Shipping

Our maps are shipped from Canada. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the items ordered, and we will confirm them with you before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with the carrier.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after it arrives at geogrovemaps@protonmail.com with your order details and, if the item arrived damaged, a photo. We will work with you to find a fair solution. Custom maps are made to your specifications, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Paying with Bitcoin

If you would like to pay with Bitcoin, please arrange your order and payment with us directly by email at geogrovemaps@protonmail.com rather than through our Etsy shop. In that case, we collect your order details and personal information by direct email.

Information needed to ship your order

To ship an order we need a full shipping address: street address, city, province or state, postal or zip code, and country. We only ask for a phone number if the carrier needs one for delivery. We also need a name for the shipping label. For Bitcoin orders, a full legal name is not necessary; any name the carrier can deliver to is fine.

How we use your information

We use this information only to fulfil and ship your order and to handle any returns. We do not sell it, and we share it only with the carrier delivering your order and with Etsy where an order is placed through Etsy. Orders placed through our Etsy shop are handled under Etsy's own policies. See our Privacy page for more.
