Information we collect

You do not need an account to browse this site. When you contact us or place an order by email, we receive the information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, shipping address and order or payment details. Orders placed through our Etsy shop are handled by Etsy under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your messages, prepare and ship orders, and keep records of transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

Bitcoin and direct email orders

If you pay with Bitcoin, you arrange payment and send your order details directly by email to geogrovemaps@protonmail.com rather than through our Etsy shop. In that case, the personal information needed for your order is collected by direct email.

Shipping information

To ship an order we need a full shipping address (street address, city, province or state, postal or zip code, and country), and a phone number only if the carrier needs one for delivery. We also need a name for the shipping label. For Bitcoin orders, a full legal name is not necessary; any name the carrier can deliver to is fine.

Sharing

We use this information only to fulfil and ship your order and to handle any returns. We do not sell it, and we share it only with the carrier delivering your order and with Etsy where an order is placed through Etsy. Orders placed through our Etsy shop are handled under Etsy's own policies.

Email correspondence and deletion requests

We store email correspondence so that we can fulfil your order and handle any returns. If you would like us to delete your correspondence, email us at geogrovemaps@protonmail.com and we will do our best to respond to reasonable requests.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses. Bitcoin prices shown in sats are loaded from CoinGecko, so your browser contacts that service when you view a page. Links to social media and other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
